Because our products are in very high demand, your item may take 2-4 weeks to arrive (if ordered from the US, Australia, Canada or the UK). Shipping times for other countries or regions may take a little bit longer. 

If you order from a country or region not mentioned above please send us an email to helpdesk@getmygadget.com and we are happy to give you a delivery estimation.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Your GetMyGadget products will arrive in about 2-4 weeks (if ordered within the US, Australia, Canada or the UK). If you have a question about the delivery, just e-mail us. We're always happy to help.

Can I have a tracking number?

A tracking number will be sent to you via email once the products have been shipped.

What is your refund policy?

We offer a 30-Day refund. If you would like a refund for a product you have purchased, you will need to contact us via e-mail at helpdesk@getmygadget.com.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you wish to change or cancel your order, you may do so up until the time that your order has been processed. Once your order is ready for shipment, we no longer have the ability to make changes or to cancel the order.

What is the average amount of time it takes to respond to a customer’s inquiry?

Customer satisfaction is our top priority, so we ensure all communications will be responded to within 24-72 business hours.

What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?

Please contact us within 7 days from receiving your order if you received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.

Will shipping be covered for my returns?

All shipping fees and other miscellaneous fees are the responsibility of the customer.
